Together with Alvier Mechatroniks, we have now realised an innovative electric motor with an SMC-based stator core. Together, we are pioneering the fastest market launch of high-performance electric motors.

The use of SMC material for stator cores enables high power densities and excellent automation potential for series production. In contrast to the conventional production of laminated cores from rolled and stamped steel, this new generation of stator cores is sintered.

  • CO2 footprint of SMC material only 1/3 of laminated steel
