Two weeks | Two trade fairs
In the coming weeks, we will be attending CWIEME in Berlin and Coiltech North America, two of the world’s leading trade fairs for electric drives and electromobility.
📍(Coil Winding, Insulation, & Electrical Manufacturing Exhibition) | Berlin | June 3-5 | Booth 32F42
Our team will be presenting our innovative solutions in the areas of prototyping and development for more efficient motors at the trade fair. Among other things, the patented NextPin will be on display!
CEO and co-founder Dr. Jakob Jung: “CWIEME is an extremely exciting trade fair every year due to the wide variety of exhibitors and technologies. With our innovative solutions, we also offer real added value for our customers there!”
📍 CoilTech North America | Novi, Michigan | June 11-12 | Booth Q10
Together with our US location, we will be presenting innovative solutions for the aerospace industry at Coiltech USA, including the Peak Performance platform with a power density of up to 120 kW/liter.
Philipp Arnold, CFO and co-founder, says: “Coiltech in Germany is a highlight in our calendar. The fact that the trade fair is now also taking place in the USA is a great opportunity to get even closer to our friends in the US.”
We support our customers in the development of new electric drives with customized solutions. These make a significant contribution to the electrification of aviation and can help shape the next generation of drives in electric vehicles. In order to make the development of new drives as simple as possible, we work with our customers to develop solutions that require as little intervention as possible in the architecture of the drive system. As early as the design phase, we use a comprehensive electromagnetic and thermal design chain with state-of-the-art simulation tools.
Adapted winding head designs, optimized conductor structures, state-of-the-art insulation and effective cooling concepts such as oil cooling or PCC enable electric motors to achieve power densities of up to 120 kW/litre.
The global market leader in the field of 3D-printed electric motors
Through the targeted use of 3D printing, our customers not only receive a prototype for the test bench or for field tests very quickly. We are also able to produce quantities for highly specialized applications without high one-off costs. At the same time, the modern plant infrastructure of our production facility also allows us to operate flexibly in conventional series production.
What makes us special: We do not limit ourselves to one special technology, but in addition to distributed windings, we also master special designs, for example for single coils or axial flux motors. We look forward to answering all your questions about Additive Drives and our technologies!
Please contact our team to arrange an appointment. We look forward to seeing you!
