Digital Order-to-Cash Process

Additive|Drives implemented a company-wide ERP system (Odoo) in 2025–2026 to comprehensively digitize and integrate core business processes.

The goal of the project was to replace manual, Excel-based workflows with a unified digital platform—from quote generation through purchasing and invoicing to accounting, including integration with DATEV. The implementation included system configuration, custom document programming, employee training, and the full go-live of the digitized order-to-cash process.

This eliminated media breaks, reduced sources of error, and significantly improved data availability within the company. The ERP system serves as the foundation for further digital transformation in the areas of warehousing, production, and CRM.

The project was funded by the Free State of Saxony with funds from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the “Digital Transformation in the Economy” program.
